Rangers boss Michael Beale has praised Cyriel Dessers for his role in his team’s 2-2 draw with PSV Eindhoven in a UEFA Champions League qualifier.
Rangers were held to a draw at home by the top Dutch club with Dessers providing his team’s two assists.
Beale said: “Of course I am very happy with the goals of Abdallah Sima and Rabbi Matondo.
“But what about Dessers? Cyriel has shown why he came to this club. He won the battle with the two central defenders of PSV (André Ramalho and Olivier Boscagli, ed.) And ended this match with two assists.
“I am very happy with him. “
Dessers also opened his goals account for his new club in the previous round of the competition.
He joined the Scottish giants from Italian club US Cremonese this summer.
