Terem Moffi is the flavour of the moment in France after his heroics against mighty PSG made the front page of the influential L’Equipe sports newspaper today.
L’Equipe hailed the Super Eagles striker as “Moffi Le Prince du Parc” (Moffi The Prince of Parc Des Princes) in tribute to his superb record against the Ligue 1 champions.
Moffi was Man of the Match Friday night as he fired two goals and provided an assist for OGC Nice to hand PSG their first defeat of the season.
He has now scored five goals in six matches against the capital city giants.
A further breakdown of the goals showed the winning goal in a 3-2 home win over PSG in his first season at FC Lorient, while in his second season, he got his team’s only goal in Paris in a 4-1 defeat.
That same season, he scored his team’s consolation goal in a 2-1 home loss to PSG.
