Premier League club Fulham are waiting on Ajax Amsterdam to respond to their 15 Million Pounds for Calvin Bassey.
The Athletic has reported that the London club have submitted a formal bid for the 23-year-old Super Eagles defender, who has also interested another Premier League outfit Brighton recently.
Dutch giants Ajax bought centre-back Calvin Bassey , 23, from Rangers FC last July for an initial 19.6 Million Pounds (22.7 Million Pounds add-ons).
Rangers will receive 10% sell-on fee in the event of the defender’s subsequent transfer.
The Nigeria international scored one goal and provided five assists in 39 competitive games in his debut season at Ajax.
Bassey has four years left on his contract with the Dutch giants.
