After several months of speculations over his future, Paul Onuachu will play this season in the Premier League after Southampton registered him for the new season.
The Super Eagles striker was linked with a return to Trabzonspor and lately another Turkish club Goztepe, but eventually he had to stay put at ‘The Saints’.
Trabzonspor claimed Southampton asked for 15 Million Euros for the giant striker.
Onuachu as well as fellow Super Eagles star Joe Aribo have now been registered on a 25-man squad for the Premier League for the season.
He was not listed for today’s Premier League home game against Manchester United, but will be available for selection when he has regained full match fitness.
