Nigerian-American goalkeeper Philip Ejimadu has told ScoreNigeria.com.ng he is thrilled to make a winning debut for his club Rochester New York FC.
Ejimadu is also eligible for Brazil national team was outstanding in goal as his club beat Losdowne Bhoys 1-0 in US Open cup game.
“It was an intense game, I was happy to make my debut for Rochester New York FC,” he told SCORENigeria
“I felt great, this game was really important for me specially because I came back from an injury, and I was getting prepared all these months working hard for this moment.”
The 22-year-old Minneapolis-born goalkeeper has played for Nacional Atletico Clube (Brazil), Los Angeles FC, FC Tucson, San Diego Loyal and Las Vegas Light (all in USA).
He has three caps for the US U20 men’s team
