Otele off to bright Bundesliga debut

Philip Otele is off and running in the Bundesliga after he made an assist for new club Hamburg to win 2-0 at Heidenheim today.

Otele, who joined from Swiss side FC Basel last week, assisted for his team’s opening goal in first half stoppage time.

It was Hamburg first away win of the season, which now means that all 18 clubs in the German top flight have won on the road.

They are now 11th on the table with 22 points from 20 matches.
