Osimhen sent off in Napoli training

Victor Osimhen was sent off in training by Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti for dissent.

There is now a video of the dismissal on social media.

It later emerged that Osimhen took exception to a foul against a teammate and he kept going at it till he was sent off by the coach for “talking too much”.

Osimhen continued to protest as he walked off the pitch.

The new Italian Serie A season will open on August 13.

Napoli will be away to Verona on Monday, August 15.
