Galatasaray thus remained on course for a league and cup double this season.
The Super Eagles striker opened scoring after 26 minutes via a powerful header as Galatasaray smashed past hosts Konyaspor 5-1.
He also provided an assist.
Galatasaray will now await the winners of the other semifinal between Trabzonspor and Goztepe Thursday.
