Victor Osimhen has dismissed as “speculations” a very tempting offer by Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal to pay him a Million Euros a week, while also pledging his loyalty to Napoli.
The Napoli striker told DAZN: “Saudi’s bids? There were many speculations. I’m a Napoli player and I give the heart to my club.”
He further confirmed he is in talks with the Serie A club to extend his contract, which runs out in June 2025.
“We are talking for the contract extension,” he disclosed.
It has already been reported that his new contract will make him the best paid player in Napoli history.
It will also have a release clause of 150 Million Euros effective from next summer.
Serie A top scorer last season, Osimhen showed that he has not lost his killer instincts during the holidays with two well-taken goals in a 3-1 win at Frosinone on the opening day of the new Serie A season Friday night.
