Victor Osimhen returned to action tonight as Galatasaray won an Istanbul derby against Kasimpasa.
Osimhen, injured a month ago in another Istanbul tie against Basaksehir, was introduced in the 77th minute as Galatasaray won 3-1.
The Super Eagles striker even made the assist for Mario Lamina to score the third goal for Gala deep into stoppage time.
He is now expected to play a bigger role Tuesday night, when Galatasaray welcome Barcelona in a UEFA Champions League tie.
The home win lifted the defending champions back to the summit of the Turkish Super Lig with 16 points from seven matches, three points clear of surprise package Amedspor.
