Ucheibe was an unused sub in the shock 3-2 loss to Malawi, while both Oshoala and Kanu were introduced to the fray.
Madugu has also kept faith with goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie, who was far from her best against Malawi.
The Scorchers of Malawi have piled more pressure on the defending champions Nigeria after they beat Egypt 3-1 to move to the top of Group C.
Zambia are second on three points on the back of their 6-0 thumping of the Egyptians.
Only the group winners and runners-up will advance to the knockout rounds of the tournament, which also serves as a qualifying competition for the 2027 Women’s World Cup in Brazil.
