Adana Demirspor coach Vincenzo Montella has said Henry Onyekuru will lead his attack in Saturday’s Turkish Super Lig top-of-the-table clash against his former club Galatasaray.
The former Everton forward has been out with injury, but Montella said Onyekuru will be fit for the game.
“There are still a few days to the match. I think we will have Onyekuru available,” the coach.
“I don’t think we will play without a striker. It looks like we’re going out without a striker, but Onyekuru is a striker rather than a winger.
“In this case, I think we have shown everyone how offensive we can be.”
Adana Demirspor are top of the standings with 16 points from seven matches, ahead on goals difference of closest rivals Galatasaray.
Onyekuru featured for Galatasaray in three different loans stints.
