Paul Onuachu will miss today’s Belgian league opener for Genk at champions Club Brugge no thanks to injury.
Onuachu suffered a muscular injury in pre-season and has yet to fully recover.
During the holidays, Onuachu married his Ghanaian sweet heart.
However, fellow Super Eagles striker Cyriel Dessers will start for Genk today.
Dessers has returned to his parent club after a successful loan spell at Dutch club Feyenoord.
Both Onuachu and Dessers have been linked with big-money transfers away from Genk in the last two seasons.
