Striker Paul Onuachu has suffered a knee injury in training with Belgian champions KRC Genk.
However, reports said after the injury he left the pitch on his own.
The extent of the injury is yet to be ascertained, but initial reports suggest he will most likely miss his team’s league clash against Club Brugge on Sunday.
Onuachu joined Genk last summer from Danish club Fc Midtjylland.
The target man, 25, is his team’s leading scorer in the league with eight goals after 21 appearances.
Genk are sixth on the table in the regular season.
