Onuachu scored twice tonight against Samsunspor to take his tally of the season to 15 goals.
He opened scoring for Trabzonspor at Samsumspor after 23 minutes, before he got his brace in the 81st minute.
Since his return from the 2025 AFCON in Morocco, he has netted four goals in as many matches, which included a cup game.
The win on the road consolidated Trabzonspor’s third position on the table.
They have 45 points from 21 matches, four points behind leaders Galatasaray, who have a game in hand.
