Ogenyi Onazi is again on the move after Danish Superliga club SonderjyskE cancelled his contract, which was to have run till the summer of 2021.
Onazi, 28, has not enjoyed enough playing time at the club he joined in October 2020 as a free agent.
He made two appearances in the league.
“It didn’t turn out quite as he and we had hoped for,” said SonderjyskE sports director Hans Jorgen Haysen.
Onazi has previously played for Lazio (Italy) as well as Trabzonspor and Denizlispor (Turkey).
Last year, a proposed transfer to Serie A club Crotone fell through at the last moment.
