Kenneth Omeruo scored his first-ever La Liga goal for struggling CD Leganes to go on and beat Real Sociedad 2-1 in stoppage time and climb to 18th on the table.
The big central defender drilled home the equaliser in the 49th minute from inside the box to give his Madrid club some hope, before they snatched the win with a free kick goal deep into stoppage time.
This is his second season in Spain.
The late home win means Leganes moved to 18th on the Spanish top flight table with 18 points from 22 matches.
Real Mallorca are outside the relegation zone ahead of Leganes only by virtue of having scored more goals.
