Leicester City today announced that Wilfred Ndidi has signed a new contract with them until June 2027.
This followed the expiry of the midfielder’s contract with the Premier League club.
“I feel great, I feel excited, I feel at home. That’s the most important thing,” the Super Eagles star said after he signed his new deal today.
Ndidi became a free agent last month amid rumours that he will move away from Leicester City.
However, he has now opted to stay put at the club he joined seven years ago from Belgian club Genk.
He has won the FA Cup in England as well as helped the team win the English Championship crown last season to win promotion back to the Premier League.
