Former international Chinedu Ogbuke Obasi has scored in a UEFA Champions League qualification round first leg game for his Swedish club AIK Stockholm as they lost 2-1 at Ararat Armenia.
The away goal scored by Obasi has given his side a lifeline to scale through to the next stage of UEFA Champions League with just a lone goal victory in the second leg in Sweden.
The 33-year-old striker scored an equaliser in the 39th minute of the game.
Obasi has scored three goals in all competition for AIK this season – two goals in the league and a goal in UEFA Champions League.
