Nwakaeme drew Al Feyha level 1-1 with three minutes left on the clock at Abha when he headed home a cross from inside the box.
He also assisted for another goal but VAR ruled it offside.
He played the entire game.
This second draw of the season has lifted his club out of the drop zone.
