Nwaiwu set to be most expensive transfer out of Turkey

Super Eagles defender Chibuike Nwaiwu is set to be the most expensive outgoing transfer from the Turkish Super Lig.

Spanish journalist Christian Vaquero reported that Fulham will pay Trabzonspor a record 32 million euros for Nwaiwu, 23, who will sign a four-year contract with the London club.

Before now, Sacha Boey of Galatasaray and Ferdi Kadioglu from Fenerbache moved abroad for 30 million euros each.
