Akwa United high-flying striker Sanni Suleiman is the NPFL Player of Week 33.
His brace at Lobi Stars has catapulted Akwa United out of the relegation zone.
The mid-season signing scored his first goal after 20 minutes, before he provided the match winner midway through the second half.
He now has netted 10 goals and delivered five assists in 15 appearances.
He has scooped Player of the Month as well as four Man of the Match Awards.
Akwa United are the biggest beneficiaries of such form as they are now 15th in the 20-team standings with 40 points from 33 matches after they enjoy a better goals difference than their fellow strugglers.
