The Super Eagles have yet to receive bonuses for a successful 2021 AFCON qualifying campaign, while coach Gernot Rohr has not been paid salaries for six months.
In March, Nigeria qualified for the AFCON to be staged in Cameroon in January with two rounds of matches to spare.
But according to top journalist Osasu Obayiuwana, they have not received any bonuses for this qualifying campaign.
Rohr has also now gone six months without salaries and this has also meant some of the backroom staff members he pays from there are also owed.
Last year, Rohr bagged a new two-year contract which pays him about $42,000 after he agreed a pay cut.
He has often been owed salaries since he took charge of the national team in 2016.
