The proposed transfer of Samu Omorodion, dubbed ‘New Osimhen’, to Chelsea has collapsed.
Top Transfer Expert Fabrizio Romano reported that the transfer of the 20-year-old striker is “100% off” because of some major issues, which he did not elaborate.
Previously, a transfer fee of 40 Million Euros had reportedly been agreed between Atletico Madrid and Chelsea.
The striker, who featured for Paris Olympics gold-winning Spain, was to get a seven-year contract.
He is now most likely to be sent on another loan away from Atletico after he played last season at Alaves on loan.
