Top Napoli officials have met with the Galatasaray hierarchy over a permanent transfer for Victor Osimhen to the Turkish champions.
According to the British tabloid The Daily Mail, Napoli directors met with Galatasaray on the sidelines of the UEFA Europa League clash against Premier League club Spurs last week.
‘Gala’ won the game 3-2 to end Spurs unbeaten run in the competition with Osimhen grabbing a brace.
The newspaper said a permanent transfer could be difficult for Galatasaray even though it further reported that the striker does not have a future at Napoli.
Osimhen, 25, is on a season-long loan at Galatasaray from Napoli.
