History-making debutant Paul Omo Mukairu has been handed another chance to shine with Anderlecht after he was named in tomorrow’s squad for the trip to KAA Gent.
The 20-year-old winger or striker made an instant impact when he came off the bench last Sunday to score a beauty of a match winner for Anderlecht against Antwerp.
This was after only two training sessions with the Brussels giants following his delayed arrival from Turkish club Antalyaspor.
Competition for squad places could not have been fiercer at Anderlecht with as many as 34 fit players jostling for relevance.
Anderlecht are sixth on table with 20 points from 11 matches, while Gent are 12th with 12 points from 11 games.
