He has now scored 17 goals and provided two assists in 23 appearances since he made his FA Cup debut in January 2016.
He has now scored seven goals in his last seven appearances in the cup competition.
Iheanacho came off the bench to again conjure his magic against League 2 side Walsall.
He fired a left-footed strike, which took a deflection and into the net, for what proved to be the match winner.
