Ghizlane Chebbakโs win was a surprise after Super Falcons captain Rasheedat Ajibade was selected as the MVP of the 2024 WAFCON.
Nigeria achieved this unique double two years ago when Victor Osimhen and Asisat Oshoala were named the best players on the continent.
Osimhen made the 3-man shortlist for this yearโs menโs Player of the Year Award.
