Genoa, Schalke 04, and West Ham have made inquiries about the 19-year-old striker George Ilenikhena, who has commited his international future to the Super Eagles.
It has been reported that the player is interested in a return to European football, but is not hurrying his decision because he is looking for a project that is aligned with his ambitions.
He joined Al Ittihad in February 2026 and has made two appearances in the Saudi Pro League.
During the 2025/2026 season in Europe, he scored eight goals in 28 Jupiler Pro League games and five goals in 38 Ligue 1 matches.
His club, Al Ittihad, are open to his departure this summer and are considering a loan that includes a purchase option.
Ilenikhena’s contract runs until June 30, 2029.
According to Transfermarkt, he has an estimated value of 10 million euros.
