Norwegian champions Molde FK will be boosted with the return of Leke James for Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League clash against Qarabag FK of Azerbaijan after the striker recovered from illness.
Leke James is Molde’s leading scorer in the league this season with seven goals, but he was under the weather before the international week and had to start from the bench in the 3-2 loss at Viking.
However, coach Erling Moe has disclosed the striker is fit again.
The experienced striker fired the goal that advanced Molde past Celje of Slovenia to the next round of the Champions League qualifiers.
Last season, the 27-year-old Leke James finished with 15 goals for Molde to be crowned champions of Norway again.
