Terem Moffi and Ademola Lookman will start today against Sao Tome in a 2023 AFCON qualifier as coach Jose Peseiro has made five changes to the team that started against Sierra Leone last week.
FC Lorient striker Moffi will start in his sixth cap, but he has yet to score for the Eagles.
He has been considered ahead of Sadiq Umar and he will pair upfront with Victor Osimhen.
Lookman has replaced Samuel Chukwueze, who was poor against Sierra Leone, while Calvin Bassey has moved to central defence in place of the injured William Ekong.
Zaidu Sanusi returns to the starting XI at leftback after Bassey has been moved to the heart of the back four.
Oghenekaro Etebo will also start as defensive midfielder after he was introduced against Sierra Leone.
That will leave Joe Aribo on the bench.
Moses Simon will captain the Eagles today.
