Super Eagles striker Terem Moffi and Kelechi Iheanacho both came off the bench to score for their respective clubs in UEFA Europa League action.
Moffi came off the bench to pull a goal back for home team Nice in a 2-1 loss to AS Roma.
He scored from the penalty spot in the 77th minute.
He has now netted three goals in eight appearances thus far this season.
Iheanacho, on the other hand, earned Celtic a 1-1 draw at Red Star Belgrade when he got the leveler for the Scottish champions after he was introduced to the fray.
Fellow Super Eagles star Peter Olayinka was a late sub for Red Star, while teammate Franklin Tebo delivered an assist for the home side.
