SCORENigeria can exclusively report that Belgian club Terem Moffi will not play today’s league game at Standard Liege after his transfer to French club Lorient was agreed.
“The coach told the team that Terem will not play today’s game because his transfer to France has been finalised,” a source close to the striker informed SCORENigeria
Moffi, 21, was to have started from the bench today after just coming back from injury.
His eight million Euros transfer is a record outgoing for modest Kortrijk.
He is now expected to fly out tomorrow to France along with his England-based agent to undergo a routine medical after which he will sign the dotted lines for the ambitious French side.
