Super Eagles striker Terem Moffi is closing in on a transfer to Bundesliga club Hamburg.
According to the Hamburger Abendblatt, it currently appears that Hamburg will sign the centre-forward.
The plan is for the transfer to be finalised promptly.
Nice previously paid €22.5 million to FC Lorient for the Nigerian star.
Moffi spent the second half of last season on loan at Portuguese champions FC Porto, who did not trigger a clause to sign him permanently.
He is no longer training with the Nice first-team squad.
