The title race in Belgium has been thrown wide open after Tolu Arokodare scored the match winner for Genk to beat Union St.Gilloise.
Arokodare scored a well-taken goal in the first half.
The win by Genk meant Anderlecht, who defeated Antwerp 1-0 in their own championship playoff, are now equal on points with Union, who topped the regular season.
Genk have climbed to third place in the playoffs with 27 points, while Anderlecht are top ahead of Union.
In the coming weekend, Anderlecht will be guests of Club Brugge, while Union welcome Cercle Brugge.
