Just about a week after he was attacked by the fans, Joe Aribo produced the match winner and a Man-of-the Match display for Rangers to go top of the table in Scotland.
The Super Eagles midfielder was knocked hard for his performance in a 2-0 home loss to Lyon in the UEFA Europa League the previous week.
However, he again rose to the occasion Saturday when in the 16th minute he finished off a great passing action to score what proved to be the only goal at Dundee.
This was his second goal of the season.
Rangers have thus shot to the summit of the table with 16 points from seven matches.
