Terem Moffi is certainly one of the biggest revelations of the French Ligue 1 this season after he hit double figures on the back of his brace at Olympique Marseille today.
The striker has now netted 11 goals in his debut season in France.
‘Simy’ Nwankwo with his 17 goals in Serie A is only the Nigeria star who has scored more than the 21-year-old Moffi in the five major leagues in Europe.
Moffi opened scoring for visiting FC Lorient after 19 minutes, before the home team drew level and then even went in front.
However, the young Nigeria striker restored parity for his club when he hit target again on 70 minutes.
Lorient though will let in a late winner for Marseille as their relegation worries persist.
They are two points outside the relegation pack.
