Super Eagles defender Bright Osayi-Samuel has said he was disappointed Birmingham City were held to a draw on his official debut.
Osayi-Samuel was one of the standout stars as Birmingham City were held to a 1-1 draw by visiting Ipswich Town in the opening game of the English Championship.
Sky Sport named him the Man of the Match.
“There’s a bit of disappointment, conceding at the last minute was painful,” he said
“We defended well and looking forward to the next game.”
Osayi-Samuel joined Birmingham City as a free agent this summer after his contract at Turkish giants Fenerbache ran out.
He played the entire game at right back.
