SCORENigeria can exclusively report that French Ligue 1 side Lille as well as Turkish giants Besiktas have spied on Antalyaspor striker Paul Omo Mukairu with the aim of signing him.
It was learnt that Lille scouts watched the Nigerian youngster when Antalyaspor fell 3-1 at home to Trabzonspor earlier this month.
Mukairu, 19, has been one of the revelations in the Turkish Super Lig this season after he scored twice in 14 appearances.
One of his goals was against Besiktas.
He could also play on the wings or behind the top striker.
In the summer, he was rewarded with a five-year contract by Antalyaspor after he scored eight goals in as many matches for the U19s last season.
His club sports director has maintained that the player is not for sale as they expect his transfer market value to rise in the coming years.
