Victor Osimhen may have been the match winner for Galatasaray to shock Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League, but Arsenal Legend Thierry Henry said the Super Eagles striker could have done more for the Turkish champions.
“They could have had a couple more (goals) if Osimhen sometimes was a bit less selfish. He could have released the ball for one of his teammates,” Henry said on CBS Golazo.
“But he took his penalty ever so well.”
Henry said Galatasaray were lucky to get the penalty because in his opinion it was not one, but he also praised their top home form.
“If Galatasaray are on their game, they can play well against any team. They can beat any team in Europe at home,” he said.
“I don’t know if they can maintain this performance and go any further. But they can play well against anyone at home.”.
