Chrisantus Uche has done so well in only his first season in La Liga that he has now interested several top clubs in the Premier League as well as Spanish giants Atletico Madrid.
According to Football Espana, Atletico have joined the race to sign the player who the previous season was playing in the Spanish third division.
However, Atletico are said to not want to pay more than €15 million.
The player has a buyout clause of €25 million.
Uche, who was prevented from honoring the Super Eagles call-up for the Unity Cup in London due to visa issues, has reportedly asked Getafe to leave this summer.
