Kehinde Fatai scored the only goal to help his Romanian top flight league club FC Arges Pitesti beat FC Academica Clinceni today.
The Jos-born star scored the only goal of the game in the 62nd minute.
His team are eighth on the league table with 34 points, just a point behind his former club Farul Constanta as they battle for championship playoff.
“I am happy to help my club win. I am delighted with the goals and I will keep doing my best for more goals, more assists and more wins for my club.” He said.
Fatai has now scored two goals in 14 games.
“Match bonus” as Fatai is called during his playing days at JUTH FC had played for Farul Constanta, Astra Giugiu (Romania), Club Brugge (Belgium), Dinamo Minsk (Belarus) FC Ufa (Russia) and Sparta Prague (Czechs).
He has represented Nigeria at U20 and U23 levels.
