Former youth international striker Kehinde Fatai scored twice to help his new club Otelul Galati defeat Steau Bucharest 3-2 in a Romania Liga 2 clash.
The Jos-born striker scored the opening goal for his side in the 14th minute.
He made it 2-0 in the 21st minute of Thursday’s match.
Fatai has now scored three goals in four games for the club he joined on a free transfer in February.
Fatai, who has represented Nigeria at U20 and U23 levels, has played for Club Brugge (Belgium), Dinamo Minsk (Belarus), Farul Constanta, Astra Giurgiu, Club Arges (all in Romania), Turan Turkistan (Kazakhstan), Ufa (Russia) and Sparta Prague (Czech Republic)
