Cyriel Dessers is again attracting a lot of interest after he scored five times in a recent friendly for hometown club Genk.
“Interest is bubbling for Dessers,” reported Voetbalniuews
Dessers has had to play second fiddle to Paul Onuachu as top striker for Genk this season after he was bought for four million Euros from Dutch club Heracles.
Onuachu, who has so far scored 27 goals in the regular league season, is expected to make a big transfer this summer and according to HLN, Dessers will rather stay put at Genk to be the first-choice.
The striker, who debuted for the Super Eagles last year, has scored four goals in the league so far.
