Enugu Rangers championship-winning coach Fidelis Ilechukwu has said he will be honoured to be named as an assistant coach in the Super Eagles.
Ilechukwu is one of the NPFL coaches being considered to be part of the new backroom staff of the Super Eagles, as first reported by SCORENigeria
“This will be an opportunity, it will take me to a bigger level, it will be great one for me,” he said in an interview
“Whatever I am there or not, I will support the team to do well in both AFCON qualifiers and the World Cup qualifiers.”
Ilechukwu led Rangers to win the NPFL championship last season after close misses with MFM FC and Plateau United.
