Goal-scoring defender Ike Opara has been released by Major League Soccer (MLS) club Minnesota United.
The 32-year-old Opara, who holds Nigerian and American citizenship, contract with Minnesota United has ran out.
His previous clubs included Sporting Kansas City and San Jose Earthquakes all in the MLS.
The all-action central defender played only two games last year before he was sidelined for the rest of the season by concussion.
It is now left to be seen if he will continue his career on account of his health.
