Ibrahim Said has said he was disappointed even though he scored a superb equaliser for home team Viborg to salvage a 2-2 draw with Lyngby in a Danish league clash.
Viborg forced Lyngby to a 2-2 draw Friday night with former Golden Eaglets star Ibrahim Said grabbing a much-needed leveler for his team on 76 minutes after they went behind 2-0 midway through the first half.
“I am not satisfied with it (the result),” he said.
“We started badly. It is difficult when we start the game so badly, but in the second half we showed character. But we had to show it in the first half.
“I’m not that interested in it (his goal) now. I’m a little sad about the draw.
“We need points and it’s games like this where we have the opportunity. We must continue the good work.”
Viborg were thrashed 4-1 at Nordjaelland in their opening match of the new season.
