Arsenal are gunning for more firepower to topple Manchester City at the top of the Premier League and so will swap star striker Gabriel Jesus to sign Victor Osimhen.
According to calciomercato, Jesus will be part of the transaction by the Gunners to get Osimhen in January as his contract at Napoli continues to dwindle.
Napoli will not want to lose him for free when his contract runs out in June 2025 and so will be more willing to sell him for a decent fee than the jackpot they hope to achieve by his sale.
It has not been smooth sailing for Osimhen, 24, at Napoli recently after the controversial TikTok videos by the Serie A champions.
Sources close to the striker have hinted he will now be open to quit Napoli and that explained why he has yet to sign a new contract with the club.
