Flying winger Yira Sor could now secure his transfer to Genk, but at a much reduced price than what the Belgian club wanted to buy him in the summer.
Genk tabled a record eight Million Euros for Sor in the summer, but Czech champions Slavia Praha insisted on 10 Million Euros.
SCORENigeria has specially gathered now that the transfer could go through for a little above half what Genk offered for the player previously.
HLN has reported that an agreement on this transfer could be reached by the two clubs before the end of the year.
Sor has not played a major role at the Czech champions since the transfer crashed in the summer.
He suffered a calf injury and his relationship with the Slavia Praha coach deteriorated.
Sor featured for Nigeria at the 2019 U20 FIFA World Cup in Poland and previously featured for another Czech club Banik Ostrava.
His stocks shot up on the back of his goals and performances at Slavia Praha last season.
