The Golden Eaglets are through to the knockout rounds of the WAFU B U17 AFCON qualifiers after they posted a dominant display to thrash Benin 4-1 in their opening group game.
Group B has three teams which means Benin have been sent packing from the competition having also lost their first match to Burkina Faso.
The Golden Eaglets will now battle Burkina Faso to determine who wins the group.
The Nigerian youngsters need only a draw to finish top of the group as Burkina Faso could only beat Benin by a lone goal.
Today, the star of the day was George Agha, who scooped the Man of the Match award after he fired a hat-trick against the Young Cheetahs from Benin.
He put away a penalty after only two minutes of action, before he scored again in the 14th minute and completed his hat-trick in the 31st minute.
Nigeria’s other goal was from a free kick by David Edeh.
